Looks like the judge threw it out on the grounds that Berg is not personally harmed. HELLO? Every citizen in this country is in danger of a constitutional crisis. The man has not been vetted by his party or by the press. Every citizen in this country who has donated to his campaign has been personally harmed by his fraudulent campaign for a post he is ineligible to compete for.
